This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how IRPM LLC assumed name Ironrock Properties, a Texas domestic limited liability company (“Ironrock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information. This Policy applies to information we collect when you use our property management services, visit our website, or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy is part of a suite of governing documents for Ironrock Properties, which includes our Terms of Use and Tenant Selection Criteria (collectively, the “Website Policies”). Each document is incorporated by reference into the others. By using our services or website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all Website Policies. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall control with respect to your use of the website, and this Policy shall control with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Service Providers

We share application information directly with Propertyware, our property management software provider, to process applications and manage properties. Propertyware is a product of RealPage, Inc. Through our use of Propertyware, your information may also be shared with the following RealPage affiliates and third-party service providers:

Tenant Screening and Background Checks

RealPage's LeasingDesk Screening conducts tenant screening on behalf of Ironrock, which may include obtaining credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion; criminal background checks from national, state, and local databases including sex offender registries; eviction history; and rental payment history from RealPage's rental history database. LeasingDesk operates as a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Payment Processing

RealPage Payment Services LLC (“ResidentDirect”) processes online rent payments and other lease fees. Payment data, including ACH, debit card, and credit card information, is shared with banks and financial institutions that process payment transactions via banking and credit card networks.

Rent Reporting

Rental payment data may be reported to one or more of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) through RealPage Rent Reporting services.

Website Analytics

Website analytics software and services integrated with Propertyware may collect usage data when you access the tenant or owner portal.

  • Property Owners: For tenant information related to properties they own.
  • Credit Reporting Agencies: For credit checks and reporting payment history.
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business Partners: Third parties that provide services such as maintenance, utilities, or other property-related services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically, we retain records for four (4) years after termination of our relationship with you, whether as a tenant, property owner, vendor, or other business relationship.

  • Requesting correction of inaccurate information
  • Requesting deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)

If a consumer report was obtained in connection with your rental application, you have additional rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to obtain a free copy of your consumer report from the reporting agency, to dispute inaccurate information, and to place a fraud alert or security freeze on your credit file. Consumer report disputes related to tenant screening should be directed to RealPage LeasingDesk Screening Consumer Relations, 2201 Lakeside Blvd., Richardson, TX 75082.

7. Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
